The Omnivore’s Hundred: ma participation
Quand j’ai lu ce post sur le blog de Clothilde , jai tout de suite eu envie de me confronter à cette fameuse liste mise au point par Andrew du blog Very Good Taste. Rigolo pour une rentrée en douceur…
C’est assez amusant en fait de voir ce que j’ai pu goûter ici et là, ce que j’ai pu aimer ou non etc… Au final, je n’ai que 55 mets goûtés sur 100. Il va falloir que je voyage encore un peu, notamment du côté de l’Asie! Donc conformément aux instructions, ce que j’ai déjà goûté est en gras. Je n’ai rien barré: même si à priori certains aliments semblent me rebuter, la manière dont ils seront cuisinés (ou pas) me les feront aimer. et puis, il faut toujours goûter avant de dire “j’aime pas” non?
